100 Years in The Kitchen...
They have to know something right? I love my cookbooks. I have about a dozen. Cook books are something that I could absolutely HOARD! ha. But I will contain myself and not buy them all. I saw a post on ... Pintrest about Peanut Butter Valentines cookies and what better then Dove chocolate!! So I made these.
Peanut Butter Cookies
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Oleo (I used 1 c. un-salted butter)1 c. Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1/4 c. Milk2 tsp. Vanilla
3 1/2 c. Flour2 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Salt
Dove Chocolates (my bag had 37... perfect 36 for the 3 doz cookies and one for me!)
Cream together sugars, butter and peanut butter, beat in eggs, milk and vanilla, sift together flour, soda, salt. Stir in the sugar/egg mixture. Rook in to balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 mins. at 375. Press in Dove Chocolate immediately after pulling from the oven. Cool completely, chocolate will be hot!
